Job Summary

Driving new revenue for small and mid-sized businesses, the full-time Georgia Licensed Benefits Consultant will identify, prospect, and close sales of comprehensive employee benefit plans while collaborating with internal teams and ensuring smooth onboarding for new accounts in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close new employee benefits business to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Partner with Payroll Account Executives to identify upsell opportunities within the existing client base
• Conduct discovery meetings with HR leaders to evaluate current benefit structures and present tailored solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B consultative sales experience in employee benefits brokerage, PEO, or payroll services
• Active Life & Health Insurance license required
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing a multi-stage sales pipeline
• Familiarity with payroll integrations, HRIS, or benefits administration technology platforms
