Job Summary

Investigating automobile accidents involving attorneys, the fully remote Georgia Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service and negotiating fair injury settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents resulting in property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney involvement
• Communicate effectively with customers and attorneys through various channels to manage claims
• Utilize innovative platforms and tools to negotiate and reach fair settlements for injury claims

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in 3rd Party Bodily Injury Claims handling
• 2-5 years of current claims experience in Georgia
• Proficiency in assessing insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment
• Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills for evaluating injury claims
