Georgia Licensed Call Specialist
Job Summary
To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Georgia Licensed Call Specialist will conduct outreach, engagement, and enrollment activities for participants, utilizing effective recruitment methods while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Engage and screen patients for eligibility and enroll them in the All of Us research program
- Provide comprehensive information about the research program and answer participant inquiries
- Administer surveys, record data, and assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies
Required qualifications
- Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
- Familiarity with public health research concepts and practices
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
- Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
