Georgia Licensed Claims Examiner

Job Summary

Analyzing Georgia Lost-Time claims, the remote Georgia Licensed Claims Examiner will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate claim activity while ensuring adherence to service expectations and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims through well-developed action plans to achieve timely resolutions
• Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing with claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 - 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Georgia jurisdiction knowledge required; additional states preferred
• Valid Worker's Compensation license that is reciprocal with multiple jurisdictions required
