Georgia Licensed Corporate Controller

Job Summary

To support a growing mission-driven team, the full-time Georgia Licensed Corporate Controller will lead all accounting operations, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, and build a high-performing team while working remotely with occasional travel for meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the accounting function, including financial reporting, month-end close, and compliance with accounting standards
• Evaluate and improve accounting processes for efficiency and scalability while partnering with cross-functional teams
• Develop and optimize financial systems and controls to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce risk

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, preferably in a private equity environment
• Experience in software, SaaS, or healthcare technology environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition, and internal controls
• Proven success in improving accounting operations and implementing standardized processes
