Job Summary
Leading energy management initiatives, the full-time remote Georgia Licensed Energy Manager will develop and execute programs to optimize utility consumption, improve restaurant performance, and support sustainability objectives across the company-owned portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as business owner for Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Connected Kitchen platforms, defining priorities and governance strategies
- Manage relationships with EMS providers and utility partners, driving continuous improvement and establishing vendor KPIs
- Develop and execute utility reduction programs and energy optimization initiatives to reduce operating costs and enhance performance
Required qualifications
- 4-year degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in energy management, facilities management, or related fields
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar industry certification preferred
- Experience utilizing data analytics to drive business decisions and identify opportunities
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
