Job Summary
To support a new implementation, the full-time remote Georgia Licensed Epic Analyst will design, build, test, validate, and support clinical applications, ensuring alignment with clinical and business workflows while providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Designs and implements future-state workflows in collaboration with department representatives, translating operational needs into system configurations
- Provides on-site support during Go-live events and troubleshoots issues identified by team members and end-users
- Develops and maintains documentation and training materials, and conducts training sessions for IT staff and end-users
Required qualifications
- Epic CCM certification is required
- Preferred certifications include Epic ClinDoc, ASAP, and CPOE (Orders)
- Four or more years of job-related experience in information technology or healthcare with a Bachelor's Degree, or six or more years with an Associate's Degree or equivalent coursework
- Strong knowledge of clinical applications and workflows
- Experience in application design, validation, and system configuration
