Job Summary
Maximizing the distribution of Group Benefits through established and emerging General Agents and Enrollment Firms, the full-time remote Georgia Licensed Executive Director will develop strategic initiatives, enhance partnerships, and drive revenue growth across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the GA and Enrollment Firm channel, focusing on strategic and financial impacts
- Create and execute national initiatives and business plans to support revenue growth
- Develop relationships with executive leaders and serve as a subject matter expert in distribution strategies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience in distribution, sales, or partnerships, or a High School Diploma/GED with 15+ years of progressive experience
- Established experience working with General Agents and Enrollment firms
- Proven ability to use data analytics to shape strategic initiatives
- Strong influencing skills across matrixed organizations
- Active Life and Health Insurance license preferred
