Job Summary
To support a high-volume pharmacy services environment, the remote Georgia Licensed Lead Pharmacy Technician will provide operational and team leadership, mentor pharmacy professionals, and ensure quality performance and workflow efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Mentor and train pharmacy technician staff to enhance team performance
- Implement and support quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Current Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy technician experience
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with pharmacy systems and computer-based applications
