Job Summary
To support a mission-driven insurance brokerage, the fully remote Georgia Licensed Life Insurance Agent will assist clients, primarily seniors, in securing affordable final expense life insurance coverage through compassionate and informed conversations, while managing a pipeline of company-provided leads.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through final expense life insurance options and helping them make informed decisions
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' coverage goals, budget, and health profiles
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals while documenting all activities in the CRM system
Required qualifications
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (required)
- 2-3 years of life insurance sales experience; final expense experience is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to have empathetic, trust-building conversations with senior clients
- Comfort working in a phone sales environment with company-provided leads
- Strong technical skills and comfort using multiple systems (iOS, Salesforce, Five9, Slack preferred)
