To drive growth in a designated territory, the full-time Georgia Licensed Loan Officer will originate purchase-focused loans, leveraging local relationships while utilizing a dedicated appointment-setting team to generate leads and referrals in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate Conventional, FHA, and VA loans while maintaining existing client and agent relationships
- Meet daily with real estate agents to cultivate leads and run Cash to Win scenarios
- Create referrals for agents through the RightSize Move program and engage with senior-living communities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of $20M in funded mortgage volume or 50+ funded units over the trailing 12 months
- Established local agent relationships and resides in the assigned market
- Experience in purchase-focused business with a strong emphasis on real estate partnerships
