Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Georgia Licensed Medicare Agent will assist seniors in navigating Medicare options, leveraging provided leads and resources while focusing on building their own business through commission-based sales.

Key responsibilities:

• Sell Medicare and Life insurance products using leads provided by the company
• Complete training through Connie Academy, covering essential Medicare knowledge and compliance requirements
• Receive ongoing support and coaching to achieve sales milestones and grow the business

Required qualifications:

• Active health license required; AHIP certification can be completed after starting
• Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, auto, or insurance
• No prior Medicare sales experience necessary, but must be new to the field
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a personal business
• Comfortable using technology and sales platforms
