Georgia Licensed Medicare Sales Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a Georgia Licensed Medicare Sales Representative, the temporary remote position will manage client acquisition and enrollment processes while providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels during the open enrollment period.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new client sales through marketing leads and handle customer service inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms
• Educate clients on insurance products, facilitate the enrollment process, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain departmental metrics and participate in ongoing sales training to enhance skills and knowledge

Required qualifications

• Active Health & Life Insurance License and AHIP Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume contact center environment
• Commitment to customer service excellence and integrity
