Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, a part-time Georgia Licensed Mental Health Facilitator will facilitate group therapy sessions for adolescent and young adult clients, ensuring engagement and adherence to best practices while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate group sessions across various age groups, adhering to Charlie Health's curriculum and best practices
- Engage clients during sessions to foster participation and group cohesion, while monitoring treatment documentation
- Collaborate with the care team and participate in monthly check-ins and treatment team meetings
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health or a related field
- Experience working with youth and young adults in a therapeutic setting
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, with a preference for group treatment experience
- Availability during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays and Saturdays
- Technical proficiency to conduct effective telehealth sessions using cloud-based software
