Georgia Licensed Sales Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of Sales Representatives, the full-time Georgia Licensed Sales Manager will drive sales goals through hiring, training, and coaching employees while working remotely in a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a team of Sales Representatives to achieve departmental and individual quotas
• Qualify and educate prospects about benefits solutions based on their needs
• Document and report all sales activity, communicating progress and concerns to the sales team

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-7 years of experience in sales
• Health and Life Insurance license required
• In-depth knowledge of group health insurance products
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange
• Extensive knowledge of sales techniques and excellent organizational skills
