Job Summary

As a founding engineer on the AI-Native Services team, the full-time remote Georgia Licensed Senior AI Engineer will spearhead the development of AI agents and workflows, collaborating closely with design customers to create reusable solutions while influencing the team's growth and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and operate production agents and agentic workflows, ensuring robust orchestration and data connections
• Collaborate with design customers to map workflows and develop solutions based on live data
• Establish evaluation frameworks, including datasets and monitoring systems, to ensure the reliability of AI outputs

Required Qualifications

• Experience building and operating AI agents or agentic workflows in production
• Strong engineering judgment across models, orchestration, APIs, and data integrations
• Direct experience working with customers in discovery, implementation, or incident resolution
• Ability to decompose complex workflows into deterministic steps and define testing protocols
• Familiarity with regulated domains (payroll, payments, etc.) is a plus
