Job Summary
Seeking a Georgia Licensed ServiceNow Developer, the hybrid contract position will focus on configuring, customizing, and developing solutions within the ServiceNow platform while collaborating with stakeholders to meet evolving business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring functionality and performance through troubleshooting and testing
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow Development Studio
- Experience with ServiceNow modules including Incident Management and Service Catalog
- Proficient in scripting with GlideScript and UI Scripts
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator required
