Job Summary

Providing remote nursing care, the full-time Georgia Licensed Staff RN II - Virtual Care/Telehealth will utilize telecommunications technology to assess, triage, and manage patient needs while collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver effective care.

Key responsibilities:

• Utilizes telecommunications technology to provide patient care and triage messages to appropriate healthcare team members
• Evaluates patient needs through virtual assessments and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Documents patient interactions and provides health education to patients and families as needed

Required qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience as a Registered Professional Nurse
• Associate's degree in Nursing
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Registered Professional Nurse License (Georgia) required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
