Job Summary
Providing remote nursing care, the full-time Georgia Licensed Staff RN II in Virtual Care/Telehealth will utilize telecommunications technology to assess and triage patients, manage electronic and telephonic communications, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care.
Key responsibilities:
- Utilizes telecommunications technology to provide patient care and triage needs based on electronic or telephonic messages
- Communicates effectively with patients and healthcare teams to resolve inquiries and ensure follow-up care
- Documents patient data and actions accurately according to established protocols and participates in quality improvement initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience as a Registered Professional Nurse
- Associates degree in Nursing
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
- Registered Professional Nurse License (Georgia) required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
