Job Summary

To provide high-quality nursing care through various digital and telephonic channels, the full-time Georgia Licensed Staff RN II - Virtual Care/Telehealth will utilize telecommunications technology, manage patient communications, and collaborate with healthcare teams remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Utilizes telecommunications technology to deliver patient care and triage messages to appropriate healthcare team members
• Evaluates patient needs and provides clinical guidance and education through virtual interactions
• Documents patient data and participates in quality improvement initiatives while mentoring new team members

Required qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience as a Registered Professional Nurse
• Associates degree in Nursing and a High School Diploma or GED
• Registered Professional Nurse License in Georgia required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Basic computer and keyboard skills
