Job Summary

To provide high-quality nursing care remotely, the full-time Georgia Licensed Staff RN II - Virtual Care/Telehealth will utilize telecommunications technology to manage patient interactions, triage needs, and collaborate with healthcare teams while working a day shift schedule.

Key responsibilities:

• Utilizes telecommunications technology to deliver patient care and manage electronic and telephonic patient messages
• Evaluates and triages patient needs based on message content and communicates effectively with the healthcare team
• Documents patient data and actions accurately while providing health education and follow-up care as needed

Required qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience as a Registered Professional Nurse
• Associates degree in Nursing and a High School Diploma or GED required
• Registered Professional Nurse License (Georgia) required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Basic computer and keyboard skills
