Job Summary

To provide high-quality nursing care remotely, the full-time Georgia Licensed Staff RN II will utilize telecommunications technology to assess, triage, and manage patient needs while collaborating with healthcare teams in a telehealth environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Utilizes telecommunications technology to provide virtual patient care and triage messages to healthcare team members
• Communicates effectively with patients and healthcare teams to address inquiries and ensure timely follow-up on care needs
• Documents patient interactions accurately and participates in quality improvement initiatives within the virtual care team

Required qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience as a Registered Professional Nurse
• Associate's degree in Nursing
• Registered Professional Nurse License in Georgia required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Basic computer and keyboard skills
