Job Summary

To provide high-quality nursing care remotely, the full-time Georgia Licensed Staff RN II will utilize telecommunications technology to manage patient interactions, triage needs, and collaborate with healthcare teams while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Utilizes telecommunications technology to provide patient care and manage electronic and telephonic patient messages
• Applies nursing assessment and critical thinking skills to evaluate and triage patients virtually, ensuring timely communication of member queries to the healthcare team
• Documents patient data accurately and participates in quality improvement activities and training for new staff

Required qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience as a Registered Professional Nurse
• Associate's degree in Nursing
• Registered Professional Nurse License (Georgia) required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Basic computer and keyboard skills
