Job Summary

Providing remote nursing care, the full-time Georgia Licensed Staff RN II - Virtual Care/Telehealth will utilize telecommunications technology to assess, triage, and manage patient needs while collaborating with healthcare teams and ensuring high-quality care delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Utilizes telecommunications technology to provide patient care and manage electronic and telephonic communications
• Evaluates and triages patient needs based on incoming messages, prioritizing care appropriately
• Documents patient data and actions accurately while providing health education and follow-up care as needed

Required qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience as a Registered Professional Nurse
• Associates degree in Nursing
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
• Registered Professional Nurse License (Georgia) required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
