Job Summary
Providing remote nursing care, the full-time Georgia Licensed Staff RN II - Virtual Care/Telehealth will utilize telecommunications technology to manage patient interactions, triage needs, and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care.
Key responsibilities:
- Utilizes telecommunications technology to provide patient care and manage electronic and telephonic messages
- Evaluates and triages patient needs based on communication content, prioritizing care appropriately
- Documents patient data and actions accurately while participating in quality improvement initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience as a Registered Professional Nurse
- Associate's degree in Nursing
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
- Registered Professional Nurse License (Georgia) required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
