Job Summary
Leading national operations for Facility Condition Assessment services, the full-time Georgia Licensed Technical Director will provide strategic direction, oversee client engagements, and drive service innovation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee national production operations and ensure alignment with quality standards and financial targets
- Establish and maintain executive-level client relationships, identifying opportunities for service expansion
- Drive business development efforts and lead the design of standardized service templates for scalable delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial building evaluation and Facility Condition Assessment methodologies
- At least 12 years in client management and leadership of technical service teams
- Five years of senior leadership experience with accountability for business line financial performance
- Active licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) required
