Job Summary
To provide strategic leadership in clinical efficacy and patient safety, the full-time Georgia Licensed VP of Clinical Affairs will manage a Clinical Center of Excellence, oversee patient safety governance, and drive clinical integration across product development while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary team of clinicians to integrate clinical insights into product development
- Lead the Critical Issue Dispositioning program to ensure effective clinical risk management and patient safety initiatives
- Serve as a key clinical liaison to stakeholders, reinforcing trust and commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence
Required qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of experience in clinical practice and healthcare information technology
- 5+ years in an executive clinical leadership role within an EHR vendor or healthcare technology company
- Current, unrestricted U.S. medical license in good standing and Board Certification in a recognized medical specialty
- Experience leading clinical risk governance programs and patient safety initiatives
