Key responsibilities
- Execute quoting procedures and prepare comprehensive comparison presentations for clients
- Manage the complete carrier installation workflow and design benefits booklets tailored for clients
- Provide timely support to clients and employees via various communication channels
Required qualifications
- Life and Health License required
- Prior experience in insurance, benefits administration, or a similar administrative support role preferred
- Experience with carrier portals and benefits/HR software is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
