Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Mortgage Loan Production Partner will manage loan processing from origination through closing while actively building referral relationships and supporting business growth initiatives in a hybrid work environment based in Metro Atlanta.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist loan originators with document collection, application intake, and loan setup while tracking pipeline progress
- Develop and execute strategies to cultivate relationships with local realtors and other professionals, coordinating networking events and marketing efforts
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the loan lifecycle to ensure a seamless customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in mortgage processing, origination, or loan officer support
- Must reside in the Metro Atlanta area to accommodate a hybrid work schedule
- Strong working knowledge of standard mortgage software (e.g., Encompass) and CRM platforms
- Familiarity with residential loan products and Georgia lending guidelines
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management
