Leading a team of over 15 technical geospatial staff, the full-time remote Geospatial Team Leader will manage project deliverables, provide technical oversight, and support client relationships while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform technical work and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) while managing team operations
- Act as a subject matter expert to develop and implement technical processes and standards
- Mentor and manage team members to enhance their skills and ensure effective project execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of applicable industry experience, preferably within the aviation sector
