Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Geothermal Subsurface SME, the full-time remote position will lead subsurface investigations, resource characterization, and drilling activities while providing technical leadership and oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead subsurface investigation and geothermal resource characterization
- Plan and oversee drill-hole programs, including siting, design, and execution
- Provide clear technical recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in geothermal geology, geoscience, or reservoir characterization
- Deep experience with geothermal subsurface investigation and resource characterization
- Demonstrated experience with drill-hole planning and oversight
- Strong understanding of geological, geophysical, thermal, and well data
- Experience with a geothermal IPP, operator, developer, or technical consultancy
