German Customer Experience Associate

Job Summary

Fluent in German and English, the freelance German Customer Experience Associate will provide outstanding support to customers by answering inquiries, addressing order issues, and tracking shipments in a fully remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering client's inquiries and addressing issues with orders and product inquiries via customer interface platforms, Facebook, and email
• Tracking shipments and handling backend shipping inquiries
• Updating addresses and client information while conducting general research

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English
• Availability to work weekends or have split shifts
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Resourceful and quick to learn new skills independently
• Ability to calmly handle uncertainty and rapidly changing situations
