Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time German Customer Service Agent will manage inquiries via email, phone, and social media while working remotely from Brazil during the hours of 5:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer service inquiries and manage incoming calls and chats
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints within set time limits
- Document customer interactions and collaborate with the Operations Department as needed
Required qualifications
- High proficiency in German (oral and written) and fluency in English, Spanish, or Portuguese
- Previous experience in user support or customer service roles
- Familiarity with Zendesk is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Must reside in Brazil
