Job Summary

Fluent in German and English, the freelance CX Associate will provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers in a fully remote setting, addressing inquiries, resolving order issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer client inquiries and address issues related to orders and products via various communication platforms
• Track shipments and manage backend shipping inquiries
• Update client information and conduct general research as needed

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in both German and English
• Availability to work weekends or have split shifts
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
