Job Summary

Fluent in German and English, the freelance CX Associate will provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers remotely, managing inquiries through various channels and ensuring seamless communication between customers and the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer client inquiries through phone, email, and chat
• Address issues related to orders and product inquiries via customer interface platforms
• Track shipments and handle backend shipping inquiries

• Availability to work weekends or have split shifts
