German Speaking Member Success Representative

Job Summary

Fluent in German, the part-time Member Success Representative will provide exceptional customer support remotely, manage client inquiries, and ensure timely resolutions while achieving team KPI goals.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with support staff to ensure satisfactory resolution of customer inquiries
• Achieve or exceed required team KPI goals and assist team leads with administrative tasks
• Coordinate escalations and communicate urgent issues promptly

Required qualifications

• Fluent in German (expert or native proficiency) and advanced English proficiency
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role with direct consumer interaction
• Experience in online support via ticketing or email systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and able to work on shared documents
• Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
