Job Summary
Owning the full lifecycle of an assigned product area, the full-time remote GIS Product Manager will define product goals, manage stakeholder discovery, and oversee backlog delivery while ensuring successful adoption and outcome realization.
Key responsibilities
- Defines problem statements, business impacts, and measurable success criteria for product initiatives
- Serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and GIS Developers, translating needs into clear requirements
- Manages product backlog order and readiness, making day-to-day delivery decisions and leading user acceptance testing
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management or business systems supporting enterprise applications
- Proven experience in owning priorities and maintaining a delivery-ready backlog in an Agile environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems, with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences
- Experience partnering with architects and developers throughout the product lifecycle
- Comfort with AI-assisted tools for drafting documentation and status updates
