GIS Specialist
Job Summary
Providing first-level technical support, the full-time contract GIS Specialist will assist customers with GIS applications and services, troubleshoot technical issues, and conduct training sessions while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level GIS technical support to customers through various communication channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve GIS-related technical issues in a timely manner
- Conduct individual and group training sessions to enhance customer understanding of GIS applications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a GIS-related position
- Hands-on experience with Esri ArcGIS Pro
- Demonstrated ability to provide training and technical guidance to customers
- Strong willingness and ability to learn new GIS technologies and applications
- Must be authorized to work and reside within the United States
