Job Summary
Seeking GIS Specialists at various levels, the full-time remote position will support natural resource management and environmental planning initiatives across the Western U.S., focusing on geospatial data management, analysis, and application development.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting GIS projects related to natural resources, environmental, and land management programs
- Developing and analyzing geospatial datasets and creating GIS products such as maps and web applications
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and providing technical leadership for senior-level candidates
Required qualifications
- Professional experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and geospatial analysis
- Bachelor's degree in geography, natural resource management, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
- Experience with Esri software products, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online
- Proficiency in GIS data management, editing, and cartographic production
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Federal DOI clearance
