GitHub Platform Administrator
Job Summary
To support the organization's GitHub ecosystem, the remote GitHub Platform Administrator will manage user access, optimize workflows, and enforce security policies while collaborating with development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer GitHub Enterprise/Cloud accounts, including user access and organization settings
- Set up and maintain repositories, workflows, and integrations with CI/CD tools
- Monitor usage, enforce security policies, and automate tasks using GitHub API and scripting
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with GitHub (Enterprise preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Git workflows, Actions, Packages, and security features
- Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) and API usage
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes a plus)
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
