Job Summary
Supporting the development and execution of customized Freight Forwarding solutions for Healthcare customers, the full-time Global Air Freight Operations Manager will manage end-to-end implementation activities and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Design tailored General Cargo and Cold Chain transportation solutions in collaboration with Sales
- Lead program management efforts to ensure a positive customer experience and operational stabilization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive successful launches of new business opportunities
Required qualifications
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Global Freight Forwarding experience
- Knowledge of Cold Chain Pharma for building custom Healthcare Solutions
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S
