Job Summary
Reporting to the Global Benefits Leader, the full-time Global Benefits Analyst will administer comprehensive benefits programs, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage vendor relationships while working remotely, preferably from the Midwest or Northeast.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the plan administrator for all US benefits programs, handling employee inquiries and vendor performance management
- Lead Wellness initiatives for US and Global employees, engaging with vendors for webinars and wellness challenges
- Oversee the leave of absence and workers compensation administration process, ensuring compliance with relevant laws
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in US benefits administration; international benefits experience preferred
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for US and global benefits programs
- Experience with Workday HRIS system is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
