Job Summary
Supporting the administration and compliance of global benefits programs, the full-time Global Benefits Analyst will manage U.S. health and welfare plans, retirement programs, and vendor relationships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage health and welfare programs, including analyzing claims and coordinating open enrollment
- Support retirement and deferred compensation programs, ensuring compliance and accurate administration
- Strengthen compliance and controls by monitoring regulatory developments and maintaining accurate program documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least five years of benefits administration experience, including compliance and vendor management
- Strong knowledge of U.S. health and welfare regulations such as ACA, COBRA, and ERISA
- Hands-on experience with 401(k) and/or NQDC administration
- Experience with HR information systems and benefits administration platforms; Workday experience preferred
