Job Summary

Leading the global benefits strategy, the full-time salaried Global Benefits Director will oversee the development and implementation of benefits programs across the U.S., Canada, and India, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end execution of strategic benefits initiatives, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams
• Oversees benefit program operations and enhancements, ensuring programs meet employee and company needs
• Develops and manages multi-year roadmaps for benefits strategy, including health, retirement, and well-being initiatives

Required qualifications

• Experience implementing and enhancing benefits programs across multiple countries or regions
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration, governance, and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
• Analytical skills with experience using benefits data and market benchmarks to inform program improvements
• Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
