Global Benefits Manager

Job Summary

Owning the design and governance of global benefits programs, the full-time Senior Global Benefits Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and improvement of health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs across multiple countries
• Scope and manage ambiguous projects such as country expansions and plan redesigns by defining problems and engaging stakeholders
• Serve as the primary resource for benefits compliance, monitoring regulatory changes and their impacts

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects independently
• Understanding of benefits and employment compliance frameworks, including ERISA, ACA, and GDPR
• Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating service commitments
• Ability to analyze cost and utilization data to provide actionable recommendations
• A degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
