Global Benefits Manager
Job Summary
Owning the design and governance of benefits programs globally, the full-time remote Global Benefits Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with benefits regulations while analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and improvement of health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs across multiple countries
- Scope and manage ambiguous, cross-functional projects such as country expansions and plan redesigns
- Oversee vendor and broker relationships, including renewal negotiations and compliance monitoring
Required qualifications
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects independently
- Working knowledge of benefits and employment compliance frameworks, including ERISA and GDPR
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating service agreements
- Ability to analyze program data and provide actionable recommendations
- A degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
