Global Business Analytics Senior Analyst

Job Summary

Enabling data-driven decision-making, the full-time Global Business Analytics Senior Analyst will deliver high-quality business reporting and market insights for the Upper Respiratory and Pain/Sleep categories while collaborating with global stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global category standards and definitions, ensuring a single source of truth for market data
• Prepare and present monthly and weekly business sales reports, connecting with local markets to understand key performance drivers
• Conduct whitespace analyses and portfolio optimization to identify new market expansion opportunities and launch innovations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or market measurement within a medium to large organization, preferably in CPG
• Familiarity with Circana, Nielsen, IQVIA, Kantar, or Europanel market measurement data
• Proficiency in building advanced models and workflows using Excel, Python, or similar tools
• Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering across Marketing, Sales, IT, Digital, and Finance teams
