Global Clinical Process Management Lead

Job Summary

Leading global clinical process management activities, the full-time Global Clinical Process Management Lead will collaborate with stakeholders to promote efficient, compliant processes and support innovative improvements, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute global clinical process management activities to ensure efficiency and compliance across GCO processes and standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for GCO processes, contributing to the development of procedural documents and leading document review workflows
• Identify and advance innovative ideas for process improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation

Required qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's degree, preferably in a science or healthcare discipline; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology sector
• Extensive knowledge of clinical operations processes, ICH-GCP, and compliance management
• Experience in clinical trial process design, harmonization, and implementation in a global matrix environment
• Fluent in English, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
