Job Summary
As the Global Commercial Intelligence Lead, this full-time remote position will manage access and governance of reporting platforms, oversee the AI Use Case Library, and drive training and continuous improvement initiatives across the commercial organization worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reporting access and data governance across seven regions, ensuring decision-relevant data is available
- Build and maintain the AI Use Case Library, setting standards and driving adoption of best practices
- Develop and implement global training programs while coordinating with regional stakeholders for support
Required qualifications
- Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Excellence at an international company
- Proficiency with Tableau or comparable BI tools, including experience in building governed data sources
- Proven track record of owning platform rollouts with at least 5 years of experience
- Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus
