Job Summary
As a strategic and collaborative Global Compensation Partner, the full-time remote position will manage compensation strategies, lead annual reward cycles, and empower business leaders to engage in meaningful compensation conversations while driving equitable rewards integration during mergers and acquisitions.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a consultative advisor to business partners, delivering tailored compensation solutions
- Lead budget allocation during annual merit and equity cycles for assigned global client groups
- Design and deliver training sessions and communications to empower managers in compensation discussions
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in human resources with a focus on compensation consulting or total rewards advisory
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions and sales compensation
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and HRIS systems like Workday
- Foundational knowledge of regulatory compliance, including pay equity methodologies
- Strong project management experience leading complex initiatives globally
